Re: Ironton 10 VS Logan 35 - FINAL
This just in, this game is not about posters on SEOPS it is about all of the kids on both teams. I cant beleive all of the crying and crowing. Logan won, and thats it, they had the better team. Try saying nice job to both teams and go on with life. These were all young men and I am sure they played ...

Re: WK 5 Jackson (4-0, 1-0) @ Gallia Academy (2-2, 0-1)
Gallipolis was very well prepared and beat a good Jackson team. Ethan Moore stepped up and did a great job passing as well as running. Jared Graveleys run at the end was "old school', Cj Harrisons hit was great. Nate allison ran the ball with heart and Bo Whaley steeped up as well as Quinton Ni...

Re: RESERVE GAMES?
Congrats to NY, and I am sure even though Wellston got beat they will have gotten better from playing. Good Luck to both teams at least there playing. Maybe someone from Wellston or NY could call Gallipolis and schedule a game or two.

Re: Gallipolis frosh drop Coal Grove, 22-6
Great game Blue, Steve Adkins was a force up front and Drew Young ran the ball like a true fullback. This was a total team effort. Zach Thomas Played well as well as Dallas Moss, Sydney Saunders, Joel Johnston and Brandon Taylor just to name a few. Now that you remember howw to win go out and play a...

Re: RESERVE GAMES?
I found out today that there was a "mix up" in the 7th grade scheduling. This is entirely unexceptable, these ADs should be held accountable. They are not doing there job. I would guess there is nothing being done to try and reschedule these games. These kids are getting hosed and the pare...

Re: WK 5 Jackson (4-0, 1-0) @ Gallia Academy (2-2, 0-1)
Looking forward to this game. With a little luck and hard work I think we can beat the Ironmen. I think there running game will be tough and I am sure with our injuries we will have to play mistake free football. As with most games, I think whoever wins the turn over battle will win and I beleive sp...

Re: RESERVE GAMES?
talked to a buddy of mine tonight and he said his AD has found games for him many times and just gets on the phone and he also has no problem scheduling a team twice ar play on a different night. If our AD wanted these kids to play than it would happen, apperantley he does not want them to play. I s...

Re: RESERVE GAMES?
Maybe this is why we have some kids that do not come out. Why practice if you dont play. It is like working and then not getting a paycheck. I know this for sure, no kid will get any better just watching on the side lines of a varsity game and the AD and coaches owe it to these players to try and re...

Re: RESERVE GAMES?
I am sure they do but I dont think this is the case at least I hope not. I think this is the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. Why else play if you dont get to play games you definatley dont play just to pratice. Ask the boys they would play anyone, all I am saying is make an effor...

Re: RESERVE GAMES?
Either way, whether its football or swimming or anything else the reserve kids have the same desire to play as anyone and they get hosed constantly and I am sick of it. I hate to say it but it is the ADs job to take care of these things and it is just plain not getting done. Try going to your job to...

Re: RESERVE GAMES?
You have to be more specific than that, tell it like it is. One thing for sure you always have. You know they will not get better if they dont play. I know you well enough that you will agree to that.

Re: RESERVE GAMES?
Locos according to gahssports.com we were supposed to play Marietta and on your schedule there was no JV football game scheduled tonight. Like I said before Mariettas schedule showed them playing Warren. I am not even a players parent and this infuriates me to death. Stand up parents and go complain...

Re: RESERVE GAMES?
At least someone is trying to schedule you games, and your teams will get better because of it. I have no idea why Gallipolis would not play you but if it was because it was Labor Day then that is a crock of crap. We probably did not play to save $12.00. We could have got better. I say have your AD ...

Re: RESERVE GAMES?
I blame both ADs, they have ajob to do, I wish they would do it. All they did here is hurt kids. I wonder what happened to the Point game? We at Gallipolis have had this problem for a few years now but NOBODY IS HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

Re: WK 5 Jackson (4-0, 1-0) @ Gallia Academy (2-2, 0-0)
In a Gallipolis - Jackson game you can throw records out the window. This should be a good game with a great crowd. I would think right now Jackson has the upper hand coming off of 4 good victories and Gallipolis coming off of two punishing losses. I do hear we are starting to heal from the injury b...

RESERVE GAMES?
Why did Gallipolis not play there reserve game tonight? I went to Mariettas sight and saw where they were playing Warren tonight when our schedule showed Gallipolis playing Marietta. Is this a new schedule on the Marietta sight, I think not. I talked with some people earlier this season who said tha...

Re: Week 5: Jackson (4-0, 1-0) @ Gallia Academy (2-2, 0-0)
No disrespect to Jackson, they are having a great year but it will be nice to get away from the powerhouses of Ironton and Logan. I hope it is a close game and noone gets hurt. GO BLUE and Blue Steel I like your analogy of playing close to home to have a good gate or save $ but us playing Logan this...
