By overpowering pitcher by high School standards I meant a pitcher throwing 86 and up....I don't remember any pitcher for Coal Grove throwing that hard last year.....I remember 2 lefties Coal Grove had who were good pitchers but in no way shut down pitchers where teams couldn't put a bat on the ball...

Players will love the turf... Rarely a bad hop...Big cut down on errors.....Better played games....Only thing they'll have to get use to is a faster infield and not getting hit in the face or sack from a bad hop...lol....In other words after taking infield before a game players will make adjustments...

I'm not so sure anyone in the OVC has what I would consider an overpowering ACE.....Or a finesse Pitching ACE.... .....Know nothing about Gallia other than they were down from the previous year.... 3 or 4 teams will be deep in pitching........There will be at least 3 teams with deeper pitching than ...

Burgistheword I'm not getting on here and arguing with you about this...I know for a fact that Burg has had kids for last several years who should have never played little league baseball there..... Everyone in Scioto and Lawrence county who have had kids play know this...It's called stacking a team...

No Dr. can look at a kid and say he's going to grow 2 half inches more...impossible... they have growth charts that take Mom and Dads size into consideration but that's not an exact science.....

Most kids were 17 and 18 when I graduated....Todays society is so messed up with their prioritys..School is for education... these parents don't care that their kid is 20 when they graduate only that they get pats on the back from fans telling them how great their kid is against kids younger than them...it's about the parents getting attention..not the kid....They should force parents who hold kids back a grade for sports...
