The AD's of the TVC voted unanimously to accept Athens into the league. If you don't like the enrollment discrepency, take it up with them.

Should be a great game Friday night and a great gate$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. One big reason for their acceptance into the league!

What was Athens's record last year? Do they have players that can score the basketball? Rebounders?

Just a curious sports fanatic and newcomer to the area.

Athens has 800+ kids in their high school. Most other schools have much less in the TVC both divisions.

So, based on another post, Athens began playing Wellston in the 1920's. Does anyone know the overall records won/loss between the two schools? How many times they've played? Was Wellston in the SEOL for a period of tilme? When?
