Re: Fairland-Peake II
Peake should win this one by plenty again, but stranger things have happened. I do think Fisher will score a little more, but no way will he hit 40-50 on the night. Peake's guards should do better as long as they don't get into foul trouble early again. I think that's what really took them out of th...

Re: Chesapeake vs River Valley---Feb. 15 2011
Peake should win by enough. I do like what RV's coach is doing--seems to get the best out of the kids from the couple games I've seen, and the kids keep playing hard no matter what the score is. Good luck tonight, Peake! Bring home another W.

Re: FAIRLAND @ CHESAPEAKE
After rereading this, it rambled, so I'm trying it again... Buckeye41, please reread your first post after the game and tell me you weren't talking down about Chessy's guards. You said it was the first time you had seen the team play but you sure had a lot of narrow-minded comments about them. Do yo...

If I'm not mistaken, principals are supposed to be in charge of their students.

Re: FAIRLAND @ CHESAPEAKE
StudenSection, I guess I'm just a little old school when it comes to student sections. You can be loud and obnoxious but cussing is crossing the line. If my kid would ever take part in something like that, they'd be lucky to get to go to another game that season and if they did, they'd be right besi...

Re: FAIRLAND @ CHESAPEAKE
On the transfers: I'm not here to argue who lives where anymore, but people act like every player on this team has moved in from somewhere else to play. We have two transfers who moved here because they didn't like where they were at. You all also act like this was the first time that any team has ...

Re: FAIRLAND @ CHESAPEAKE
This was an over capacity crowd for one of the most anticipated games of the season. I'm sure a very small percentage of the crowd found this unsportsmanlike. I for one wanted to see the starters go at it for the full 32 minutes no matter what the score. Most everybody already saw the jv play once t...

Re: FAIRLAND @ CHESAPEAKE
Brandon Noble shut Fisher down when he guarded him. Fisher may be fast, but he's out of control. That's why he wouldn't start. He tries to do it all himself. Our guards know their roles-get the ball to the scorers. Not every player has to drop 20 a night to be a good player. If we didn't have those ...

Re: FAIRLAND @ CHESAPEAKE
Arguing this is a waste of time. If you don't want to believe that Chesapeake is playing by the rules then that's fine. All that matters is what the OHSAA thinks.

Re: FAIRLAND @ CHESAPEAKE
Sorry I miswrote. Colin moved to Chesapeake last year but kept his house in Grayson. He sold it sometime this year and still lives in Chesapeake. College is getting the best of me. "semester" takes the place of a lot of words for some reason. Either way, there's nothing illegal going on. T...

Re: FAIRLAND @ CHESAPEAKE
Colin Kennedy does not live in Kentucky. He moved to Chesapeake last semester and also kept his house in Grayson, but he lived in Chesapeake. If I'm not mistaken, they sold that this year and now only have property in Chesapeake. Stop trying to make accusations about people who you know nothing abo...

You're forgetting the fact that, although they shot terribly, Chesapeake still won by 22.FHSstudentsection wrote:Conehead -on ur last paragraph.that's how basketball is thought .if peak plays like they did against point it will be a fhs victory .

Re: FAIRLAND @ CHESAPEAKE
RV dude, I honestly don't remember the game at home with RV, so I can't say what happened there. I know I went, but it's completely left my memory. I do remember the one at RV, though. We held them to 1 and 2 points in the 1st and 3rd quarters respectively. And we weren't blowing teams out of the wa...

Re: FAIRLAND @ CHESAPEAKE
No offense but Fisher would be the 7th best player for Chesapeake. Chesapeake by 30+ imo. Not sure i agree with this totally. He brings something to the table no one on peake has. Raw out speed while he is a little emotional and sometimes plays reckless, gets in foul trouble,Chad is a pretty good gu...

Re: Officiating and the treatment they get in Southern Ohio
Consistency is my only problem. If the officials are going to let them play, then it should be that way the whole game. If they're going to call every little foul, then it should stay that way. I don't care how they officiate--as long as it stays the same way the whole game. And if an official makes...

Re: Fairland @ Rivervalley
Didn't mean for this to get into a discussion on education. I only said that because I didn't understand a work you said, and I know how much Fairland students pride themselves in being smarter than everyone else. But seriously, if you're going to post on here with us adults (because you're obviousl...

Re: Fairland @ Rivervalley
I thought people from Fairlan were supposed to be smarter thanks Chesapeake folk? I really didn't understand most of that post. If you want to talk about which student section is better, go to the cheerleading forum :122245 Sounded like a pretty good game, though. Woulda been a good one to go watch.

Re: Fairland @ Rivervalley
How many students do you take to RV, studentsection? And in this rain? Come on kid...think. Just worry about the game and not how many students show up. That's not what you're there to see--at least it's not supposed to be, anyway,
