Re: Rio Grande Indoor League, Thoughts, Scores, Players
Saw some good players today. The 12:30 matchup started out as a dandy. WV travel team has some excellent players with loads of power & speed. Thought starting pitching & defense for the first 3 innings were excellent on both teams. Softball could be interesting to watch in southeastern ohio ...

I am from Jackson and we would like to join an 8th grade and under team and a 7th grade and under team. Could you send us more information or tell us who we need to contact? Thanks.

Jr. high softball? (no travel teams)
Are there any leagues in SE ohio that are set up for jr high teams from about middle of April to end of May that don't allow travel teams? Would like to enter if one is available. O would there be interest in starting one that plays only on weekend DHers, about 12 games?

Re: 8th Girls Jackson over Chillicothe 80 to 3...... why?
I was at the game and saw many Jackson fans cheering when a basket was made along with myself, it wasn't trying to embarrass anyone, the chillicothe girls played very hard and had missed many shot attempts that came close. my cheering was happy that a shot fell good for them. They did play very hard...

Re: Jackson Girls Basketball 7th and 8th
jackson 8th grade team is a very talented group that plays above many 8th teams as in individual skills and are a very unselfish group. They played another very strong teamin vinton county, both very solid teams. As for 7th grade, ironman1987 is correct about the coach substituting to find the right...

Re: Attendance at the Convo for the Girls!
I saw some very good teams that didn't get to show their skill level. The crowds were impressive. I would like to have seen ONE GOOD GROUP of officials working together and make the girls play under some control. Enforce the RULES and don't be afraid to call FOULS, because we don't want to determine...

Re: Lynchburg vs Zane Trace......D3 Athens District 2 Semi Final
The majority voters missed this one. Slamdunk: The mustangs only scored 23 points, imagine them winning by 15. Congrats to the Lady Pioneers and Coach Dunkle. A couple comments, would like others thoughts: I watched both games on Sat. @ Waverly in district girls. I was very disappointed with the off...

Re: Minford 5-6th grade girls B-ball tournament
Wondering if anyone knows for sure the type of tournament this is? I have been told that it was only rec. all-star teams, ALL PLAYERS ARE TO BE FROM THE SAME DISTRICT, but now hear from other coaches that they were told; they could have who ever they wanted on the team REGARDLESS of where they are f...

When does the board hope to make a decision and are there any definite teaching positions opening due to retirement, etc.? Best of luck to the Ironmen and their new coach.

Seoal - South -- How does the League look?
With the first official day for pitchers and catchers being Monday the 23rd, how do the teams look to shape up this year? Any input on Chillicothe, Gallipolis, Ironton, Jackson, and Portsmouth. Could be an interesting year with a lot of talented, but young players. I believe both Gallia and Ironton ...
