Heck of a pitcher, but he is no Zach Farmer. Should say , zack farmer is no Derek Moore ;-) 36-0 career record and two, let me repeat, two state championships. Farmer and Piketon won how many?? Again, zack is no Derek !! I never said Derek didn't play on a better team, Wheelersburg is the better pr...

Dyke quit playing football his freshman year, which is a shame he could've been a D1 football player, too.

word on the street is sylvester never even played for his high school in NY, and from the looks of things the tigers need more than he can offer. they looked bad at the preview, although it is early.

Brabson threw only 3 picks all year, 1 through the regular season. Thats about as efficient as you can be.

Re: SVC Player of the Year

Brabson's numbers: 145-225 64.4% comp. 2046 yards 18 passing tds 1 int 66 rushes 429 yards 5 rushing tds

Williamson's number: 88-206 42.7 comp. 1677 30 total tds 675 rads rushing no official int but i would estimate double digits.

Brabson's stats are better than Williamson's, easily.

My vote goes to Waverly's Paul Underwood or Trevon Bolin-Hitchens. Both had monster games against the SOC's best team.

Piketon's 3 returning All-Conference players, Z. Farmer, C. Moore, and I. Brabson. They were all-district and Farmer was also All-state(honorable mention). Not saying they are the whole team, but thats a nice core.

Oak Hill has a state title in the past 5 years, Piketon has an appearance in the final four, and Portsmouth had a final four appearance 2 years ago... Just adding to your list.

Re: WEEK 6 PLAYER OF THE WEEK

The scariest thing about Brabson's numbers is the fact that he had 5 dropped balls, if the Streaks WR's catch the ball he could've put up even bigger numbers!!

That might be the best thing I've seen on here in a while!! Hahaha. Minford rests up this week, and they better be ready for the Wheelersburg Eddie Millers... I mean pirates!
