Three weeks into the program. I've lost about 12 pounds but mostly just water weight. Can't really tell on any physical transformation just yet but i definately feel so much better. I've tried to stick to the diet as close as possible and I think thats what has helped the most.

WOW.....2nd place after all this madness?? I'm happy with that but does the commish actually get to win the TSHIRT??? lol Maybe it will go to the second place finisher!;)

did your body transform as well? (like muscularly). I can already tell a difference in how I feel. I have more energy and stamina. Not a lot of physical change yet but we are determined to go the entire 90 days.
