Leesburg Fairfield pulled off a big upset of big school division leader Ripley last night 49-45 in overtime. Fairfield trailed by 10 at the half but came back to tie it late in the fourth and win it in overtime.

Gametime has been changed to 5:00. Also only 2 quarters of JV will be played due to some injuries on the Fairfield side. Anyone have any thoughts on this game?

Getting into the meat of the league schedule how are things shaping up so far?

Fairfield defeated Ross Southeastern 58-24 last night. Fairfield is now 4-2 on the season.

Fairfield now stands 3-2 they lost to Fayetteville in a back and forth contest 63-58 and beat Portsmouth West 62-35 and had all of their starters out the whole foruth quarter. They travel to Ross Southeastern tonight.

Leesburg Fairfield is 2-1 with wins over Adena and Whiteoak and their lone loss coming against Lynchburg. They play Fayetteville in a league showdown tonight.

Any word on who looked good at the shootout. Anybody look bad?
