Yep....I think each week the OVC will have many twists and turns....which makes for a fun year. And it's why the games are played on a field and not on these forums!!! Lol these ranking will be like rolling dice each week, never know who pops up at the top....

The OVC is definitely going to be a wide open, anybody could win it kind of year....

With the Rock Hill Middle School boys being on a bye this week the girls had their annual Powder Puff Game...the football boys participated by coaching, running the chains, and taking on the role of cheerleaders. The RH "Barbie Dolls" Defeated the RH "White Lightning" by a score ...

Rock Hill has a co-Ed 7-8th grade team...this is the school district's first ever soccer team at any level.

I've heard in the rumor mill that the Ironton BOE is contemplating starting a middle school soccer program in the next couple of years, with the hopes of developing a high school program as they move up.....same as what RH is currently trying to do.

Ironton has VERY talented players but I feel that kids that transfer don't have that mentality to stick it out when the going gets rough! they run at the first opportunity and can't keep calm in situations when you need to buckle down and give your all!
