Was not trying to slight Jackson's pitching or defense at all...both very strong. But Jackson is the best hitting team we have faced. They are going to score in bunches.

I think you mean the 3 and 4 seeds will have very tough games versus the 5 and 6 seeds. Jackson has played Warren, Gallia, Waverly and Athens twice each. This looks reasonable to me. Not sure of the 5/6s. Don't know much about Waverly other than record. 5/6 are both going to have real tough games with the 3/4 seeds.

District games should have stayed at Unioto. I heard there were some complaints about Unioto getting to play on its home field. Big deal. The best team wins. No offense to NW, but it is out of the way for most schools in Division II. Chillicothe was a good crossroads for a majority of district team...

Congrats to Warren and Jackson on being co-champs. The league was much more competitive this year. Logan, Chillicothe and Portsmouth have all stepped up their game. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but Warren, Jackson, Chillicothe, Portsmouth and Logan all had freshman pitchers on the mound in league...

Like you are heading towards Portsmouth....and when you get to Lucasville you can turn left and go to Valley and if you turn right you go towards Northwest HS....basically a trip to Portsmouth minus 12-15 bus minutes.
