South Webster wins at Valley in 4 games.. 25-17, 18-25, 25-13, 25-19.
Valley played well and the last game was tied 8 times before Webster went ahead 17-16 on the way to the win.

Eastern Pike is probably the top team in the SOC this year. That covers both I and II. Very little hits the floor on them. Fun to watch...

Great point Esully63. My girl played at Minford from 1997-2000 and there was very little mention of VB in the local paper and I even contacted the Times about the lack of coverage. Didn't see any media coverage nor were any programs of all teams provided at the previews.

vballsoccer178... I agree that Minford didn't pose a major threat in the third game, I was merely pointing out that Webster fell behind early... A lot of subbing from the Webster coach to let everybody play was good. The game on the 13th will be the true test of two good teams.

Webster got off track in third game and was behind early but rallied for the win.

Toss up on the Waverly at South Webster game on the 13th. Might give the edge to Webster at home but I have seen Waverly play twice and they are strong. Will be a good one to watch..
