anyone doing any good this year? everybody seems to be pretty quiet on this topic

have been fishing the ohio river for bass and doin pretty good. Caught 7 spots this past weekend early in the morning on a buzzbait. Only fished about a little over an hour. Smallies and largemouth are starting to nest. Anyone else doin any good?

sounds like it wouldve been a really good match up between Kretzer and McMasters from cheasapeake.

what is waverly's record? they undefeated? The way everyone on here talks about this Kretzer kid and no on can stop him, just wondered if they had been beat all year.

Anyone else being to the river trying to catch sauger? Im going to try tomorrow evening, let you know how I did.

Has anyone fished here this year? If so how much is it to fish and what time do they open. Been many moons ago since I fished here but used to catch alot of trout.

I dont believe anyone should be ranked before the season starts. Give a couple of weeks before any rankings come out. It makes it hard for teams that gets pre ranked at 12 or more to move up. went yesterday and fished about four hours and not a bite. Water was up and pretty dirty but thought I would atleast get a bite. Going to wait til water goes down and try again.

has the sauger action picked up anymore? thinking about trying at the Robert C. Byrd dam. Anyone fished there this year?

sounds to me that the Dragons almost pulled it out. Peake only won by 3!!! thats a win for the Dragons.IMO Big confidence builder

looking for a good place to trout fish in southern ohio. Any ideas?

Has anyone heard about when they are stocking trout this fall in Timber Ridge Lake? Went on the DNR site and seen they were only stocking around 4000 trout in three different lakes. Is this true? Says they stocked 25000 last year and wil only stock 4000 this year! That sucks if it is true.

what kind of bait do you use to catch these blue cats? I'm always catching small channel cats in the river.

Havent been to Greenup Dam for a few years. What side did you fish and what were you catching them on? Might need to make a trip down there.
