I think most of those folks would choose to live within the district if open enrollment wasn't an option.

If parents perceived that other schools gave their children the same opportunities that Wheelersburg does, we wouldn't be having this conversation.

You have to look at a schedule and look at games you should win vs game you shouldn't win. Burg's schedule is a pretty easy schedule. If you look at the expectations at the beginning of the year they knew they were talented enough to win the league. But you would except a split with a team like oak...
