Yea SErunner - we are shedding big tears down here in Warrior Country about that 4 x 8 time posted on here! They went from State Champs to not being able to run under 9 minutes - in just one year - who would have figured! haha...I like your sarcasm. Warren could run about 8:30 if they wanted. Roush...

I think Rhue from Athens is the best distance runner in the TVC. I was really surprised that Goode won the cross country title. Yeah well i thought the same thing. But i guess when it's his senior year he really wanted to leave something behind so that Southern can see that they do have kids thats ...

After watching the 1600, I think that Rhue will be the favorite for the distance races.

Not a big sprint fan, but I know Dunfee's a good pick for the top 5. All-SEOAL as a frosh and a Jr.

Very nice facility, but I think that N-Y should train their athletes to work hurdle crew. It took too long to set up for the hurdle race and I only saw a couple athletes helping the officials and who I presumed was to be N-Y coaching staff. I'm surprised that Jackson is the only SEOAL school coming to this. Most SEOAL schools are within a reasonable driving distance from Nelsonville. Do the other schools have another invite to attend that date? I would think the three final spots could go to Logan, Warren, Gallia Academy or Marietta. ...

Cox and Minnick do other events and if the legs are not there someone might pumb one of them out for 2nd in the PV Minnick will probably do --100m/200/ and a relay Cox does the 110 and they might have him the the 300 Last years team left a lot of holes at Warren. It's hard to tell what Cox might be...
