Re: Round 2 Ironton vs. New Lexington at JACKSON
Too many people on here with thin skin. If your team won, who cares what the other team's fans think? If your team lost, don't come up with a list of a million excuses. Congratulate the winners and move along. And, winners, please be gracious. Both these schools have fine programs. They wouldn't hav...

Re: Round 2 Ironton vs. New Lexington at JACKSON
tigercannon71 Let me get this straight, your team GAVE AWAY a 32-point loss? Not all of us Ironton fans agree. They were the better team tonight. We did make a lot of stupid mistakes but you have to give credit where it is due. New Lexington has a very good team that played almost flawlessly. Congr...

I've known Oz for about 14 years and have found him to be a good man. He cares for the kids and tries to instill discipline and teach them respect. He's made a lifetime commitment to this community, which not too many coaches have done. I'm sure he could have moved on to other schools or even the co...

S-ville's kids bring the pain! Their O-line surge has been great all night. And Mooney's not a small team by any means.

great season chiefs. Disgusting commentating by WHBC!!!! I AGREE !!!!!!!!! I don't mind "homerism" by the hometown radio station, that's part of the job. But the attitude these guys took toward the kids (both teams at times, really) was pretty poor. It's one thing to bash college or pro g...

Re: DIV Region 13 Semi-Finals
Steubenville was extremely impressive when I saw them play host to GAHS in the playoffs a few years back. That was one of the most physical HS teams that I've ever seen play. They weren't the biggest guys I'd seen, but they were strong and had the mentality that they were just going to throw you aro...

OHSAA seems to favor turf over natural, which bodes well for Logan, Jackson, Zanesville, OU and anywhere else in SE Ohio that has turf. Seating capacity is a major concern for OHSAA, too. I know Jackson seats a little more than 7,000. What's the capacity for Logan and Zanesville?

Logan D has similar numbers for the season. Only surrendered 8.9 PPG, according to Joe Eitel web site.
NCF ... I agree. I thought this one would be a shootout. Still could be.

Wow the louisville defense is better than I heard. Louisville D only gave up 9.4 PPG during reg season and had three shutouts. Held teams under 10 points six times. Only gave up more than 20 points twice. (Credit to Joe Eitel web site for the knowledge) Go Chiefs!!!! Bring one home for the SEOAL!!!
