I don't think it will doom the rivalry until they merge, and that's still probably a ways down the line.
It's a great gate for Belpre, and a good gate for Warren.

But the coach WILL have an impact on getting people who aren't currently lifting to be motivated, and getting new kids into the weight room and on the team, and an impact on how much community support the program has. This is a crucial hire. Probably the most important one since Grider replaced Wels...
