the actual time he ran at shawnee was a 16:26 and saturday at piketon he ran a 16:43. I do believe he is a 16 minute runner.

wismen is from south webster buit he was in a car crash a month ago mabye and messed up his lung he has recoverd alot but his times this year in cc are showing im not sure if hell be able to get fully recovered

also the winner of the 15-18 was justin kammler who ran a 16:26 and the time they gave him ways 15:26

out of all the freshmen in the soc period its tyler noel for notre dame.
hes 6'2 and dominates paint and the borads also is very good and ball control. i wouldnt be suprised if he dosn't start varsity this year he will be a great contributer to the notre dame basketball team

his mile time will be around 4:20 by the end of the season and his 800 time wil be around 1:55 easily

the lavalley punk you speak of won it the first time and goes to collage to play football probly more than you have done and thad bowman is going to run all over oak hill. along with brock hanna throwing all over them.

hanna will have 200 throwing

kammlers times have been awesome this year. at southeastern he ran 17:03 with no one that could push him and at pickerington he won the open race with a 17:26 with no one close to him and at the bear run he ran an amazing 16:26 he should be able to keep up with the kid from that won the rio race eas...
