Full rides are all expenses paid to the Power 5 schools. They have a thing called "Full Cost of Attendance" that covers all expenses plus some extra spending money.

If they are in SE Ohio then they will be found.

If you're a Senior and don't have a D1 Scholarship offer then you are not going to get one. You have to be on those D1 scholarship watch lists when you're a Sophomore or at the latest a Junior.

Our current Football at Meigs Seniors down to Freshmen probably have a total of 4 or 5 losses combined in the 8 years they played at jr. high level.
