I’m gonna guess this was the same crew that had the Peake PHS game because they struggled that night for sure
Probably one of the most poorly officiated games I’ve ever seen

All the above in my opinion. Definitely quit on the team by taking his team off the field and definitely quit coaching the game. After two innings and down 16-2 just said “we” are done. We meaning him and his coaching staff I assume.

The interesting thing about extending the school season into summer and cutting into travel ball is that in my opinion travel ball in many cases is more important to a player in terms of development and getting opportunities at the next level

I agree with this, travel ball could be affected no doubt
This is not gonna be a one day we are social distancing the next day we are back to doing whatever we were doing before
This is going to be a gradual weaning process over a length period of time

BTW there isn’t gonna be a spring sports season. If they are extending the social distancing guidelines through April, the schools aren’t opening back up and if no school, no spring sports.
