I agree with both of your assessments of Fairland up front. I watched a replay of the Ironton game and was amazed at how poor of an effort most of the offensive line gave and defensively they just stand straight up. Need a back up beeper in their rear to warn the linebackers that a wide load is back...

Fairland has no defense. Offensive line can not protect against an average defensive front. what Fairland does well is nickle and dime you to death then pop you for a big play. Not enough firepower this week. I predict a running clock by middle of 3rd quarter. Waverly 56 Fairland 20

Matt, I would argue with the best team in Fairland history all day with you, but you are right about one thing. This Team will not be a threat in the OVC this year. Your placement is about right on par with my feelings. No playmakers on the roster for a team that relies on big plays to score.

Fairland Stadium was not condemned. Structural engineer told them it would not pass inspection. They went in and shored up the foundation and such. It passed after the fix.
