So if the rule states a missed f/g that crosses the goal line is a touchback...why doesnt the defending team get the ball at the 20 yard line? Teams always get the ball at the original line of scrimmage. And..if it is the same as a kickoff, then why wouldnt the kicking team have the option to run do...
