Well the TVC meet is coming up this coming Wednesday. What do all you out there think of the Team titles will go to...both boys and girls. And what about individuals?

I think The boys race will be close depending on how well Kyle Goode runs and if he wants it enough. He will have to have a good race to beat the Steven kid from Athens. But i think it will be both those two battling it out as the TVC boys champ and runner up.

On the girls side i think Alexander Emily will win with Athens right behind her.

But as for the teams Athens boys then MAYBE Southern then Alexander?
Girls will be Alexander maybe meigs then athens?

Emily Skidmore will have the opportunity to be the first four-time individual champion and has not been pushed by anyone within the league this year. She would have to be the favorite to win again with Syd Schulz from Athens being someone who could steal the top spot if Skidmore were to have a terrible race. After that, there are about six or seven girls who have either broken 22:00 or have run close to 22:00 who will make the fight for the top ten very interesting. As for the girls' team race, Athens is certainly the deepest team, but there have been a few meets at which Meigs has been very close to Athens.

Steven Rhue is the runner to beat on the boys' side. McAdoo from Athens, Thompson from Alex, Goode from Southern, or even Aeiker from Eastern and Fleming from Wellston could run outstanding races and push for the individual title. It will take an extremely poor race by Athens and the team race of a lifetime for another team to beat Athens this year. Don't be surprised if Athens scores in the 30's for the meet while the runner-up is in the 90's. After Athens, the next teams will be determined by the strength of each team's fourth and fifth runners that day. Any one of about five teams could be rearranged in places 2-6.

This year's race should also be the largest boy's race ever with possibly nine full teams and runners from three other schools. Federal Hocking is the only league school without runners.

Guys side I guess Rhue, but Kyle Goode seems to have a lot of people excited. I hope that the race IS A RACE and not a blowout by one person.

Well the TVC is Wednesday's @ Lake Snowden. I think it will start around 4pm...? not too sure thought.....

Boys team title: 1st-Athens, 2nd-Alexander, 3rd-Meigs, 4th-Southern.

Well i have to disagree with you on the boys title. Southern has never loss to meigs at any Cross race. I think if southern steps it up the MAY have a chance at the TVC runner up....but it all depends on the placing and how well each runner runs. And i'm also going to disagree with you on the boys indiv. I think Good will beat Thompson from Alexander easily. But Goode will have to try rly rly hard to win the ivdiv. title. It will be an interesting race between Goode and Rhue.

Well i still disagree with you about Goode from southern. I think he will beat Thompson easliy from Alexander.; But who will know myabe he wobnt be able to do as good who knows....but i still say southern may get 3rd but maybe 2nd if there top five guys do well. But it will be a great race to watch. Since it's good last year i beat he is looking for a first place win.

Well On the boys side the team that won was Athens, then wellston then southern.
The indiv. Kyle Goode From southern placed first time of 17:48. Second was rhue from athens third i think was flemming from wellston fourh ahens mcadoo i think them 5th was akier from eastern. DOn't hole me to it but i think this is he top 5. I do know Kyle Goode from southern won because me and him are really good friends. Good job to all TVC runners!!!

Gilrs was skidmore first second was athens girl third was a meigs girl. Thats all i know about the girls sry.

Yeah it is she is doing great and has always done great!! Great Job.

But Kyle Goode from southern...WOW where did he come from? I was thinking that maybe a second but he did great and pulled off a first. I'm happy for him he has improved so much this year. And it was a good year to impove maybe her could get some money for college if he does better.

True. I hope that SE schools start taking distance running more seriously. With Shawnee making a great program, and Rio too. It doesn't make sense not for schools not to have great XC programs.

Warren and Marietta won tons of Track meets on the backs of guys like Nick Wilson, Mark Wieferich, and Tyler Cantley. Not that they didn't have good sprints but you can't deny that these guys would score 20-25 points a meet.

Kyle goode has been awsome since freshman year great that he finally gets rewarded for his hard work
