So far I have gone back to 1986 and have found that two Boys and 12 girl events have been won four years in a row by the same person.

Smith of Logan - Close of Gallipolis - Singer of Marietta each have won two events for four years in a row---SP/Discus for Smith - 100H/300h for Close - 100M/200M for Singer
With missing most of the girls results in 1999/00 there could be a couple more----Johnson of Athens in the HJ---Hanson of Gallipolis in the 100M--Bodimer of Gallipolis in the 100H/300H--Johnson of Gallipolis in the 400M--Wiseman of Gallipolis in the 3200M---this would be the years of 1999/00/01/02---as these girls won in 2001/2002

Last person that scored 40 points for Logan was Austin Rohr--2004---100M/200M/400M/Long Jump

From 1988 to 2011 I have found 5 people that have scored 40 points in a meet
