2013 Point Pleasant Track Meets

Point Pleasant High School Track and Field would like to announce our 2013 home schedule. We have a great facility with our 8-lane, all-weather track, with pole vault, high jump, and long jump located within the track. Our discus and shot put rings are being moved to the back of our facility to allow coaches and spectators better access to watch their athletes. Our new concession stand and bathrooms have just been completed and we fully expect our new two-story finish line house should also be complete by the time the season arrives. High School Meets

Saturday, March 16 - First Call Invitational – field events begin at 11:00, track events start at noon
Unlimited entries in each event, open to the first 16 teams

Tuesday, March 26 – Tuesday Night All-Comers – field events begin at 4:45, track events start at 5:00
Unlimited entries in each event, open to the first 10 teams

Tuesday, April 23 – Tuesday Night All-Comers - field events begin at 4:45, track events start at 5:00
Unlimited entries in each event, open to the first 10 teams

Paul Wood Memorial – TBD – Will either be April 13 or 20, check back for confirmed date

Middle School Meets

Tuesday, March 19 – Tuesday Night All-Comers - field events begin at 4:45, track events start at 5:00
Unlimited entries in each event, open to the first 10 teams

Tuesday, April 16 – Tuesday Night All-Comers - field events begin at 4:45, track events start at 5:00
Unlimited entries in each event, open to the first 10 teams

Friday, May 3 – Black Knight Invitational - field events begin at 4:45, track events start at 5:00
3 entries per team in each event, B teams allowed, open to 18 teams

Donna Hussell Memorial – TBD – Will either be April 12 or 19, check back for confirmed date.

Youth Age Group Meets

Saturday, May 4 – Point Pleasant All-Comers Youth Invite – 11:00 start
Ages 5-12, No student-athletes competing for their middle school may participate

Saturday, June 1 – Mid-Ohio Valley Youth Championship – 11:00 start
