How will alignment work with schools moving up and down?

I hear D2 is going to Muskingum for Regional

Chillicothe needs to lobby to hold district or regional event. New stadium and new track are awesome and should be on display whenever possible. Great lunch or dinner venues are also only minutes away. Central location for SE Ohio and many D2, D3, D4 schools are within 1 to 1 1/2 hours away. Highway access is 4 lane for 23 and 35. Many hotels within 5 minutes of stadium. Have i sold you yet?

but Chilli is 1 year away from having quality restroom facilities. For division 1, it switches from east to southeast sight site every other year. Hopefully the D1 can be at Chilli in 2015
