That Knost kid was pretty good from Belpre last year. He'll definitly be a good sprinter in a few years, but I don't see him being a huge impact on whatever team he is on this year

This senior glass from Logan were 8th graders when they won the jr league meet over Marrietta by something like 1 point. Both teams had DQs that took 1st place points in that meet. If I remember right Warren was a 3rd or 4th finish by a large number of points.

Ironton's Lukas Morris will battle it out with Westbrook in high jump. I think that Lukas will come out on top.

This will be a good battle for sure.

Lucas attended the University of Kentucky track camp over the summer and cleared 6'11 to take 1st at the camp. The UK track coach seems to be interested in Lukas.

Wonder how Westbrook would do if he had a high jump coach?

I don't know how he can jump that high being only 6' tall, just amazes me. I guess he takes it after his dad Jimmy who still holds the SEOAL Tripple Jump record. I went to school with Jimmy and he was an all around great Athlete also. I guess the apple didn't fall far from the tree.

Anyone have any ideas about how many schools have certified Jump coaches? I think Warren had one, but I'm not sure.

I don't think so, maybe his dad. I could be wrong though.

Chillicothe could win the 4x100--4x400

I look for Chillicothe to place 5th for the boys and 4th for the girls

girls about 60 points
boys about 70 points
