SErunner,
Yeah Mitchel Grose is pretty good and is definitly an amazing cross country runner. It'd sure been nice to see him run at seoal's, because i am sure he would had done fine but there were just better and older runners on the team.

mitchell grose will be good in the 1600 this year in 8th grade and then for the next 4 years in high school will be good in longer events. but he will be second to chalfant in 800. chalfant is the only seventh grader who ran at seoals last year so he shows promise for the future in 800 and 400.

SErunner wrote:Marietta has shot of winning if they can convince Wiefrich to do 4 events instead of the 4x800 and 3200.

I think that Warren, Marietta and Logan will have the best shots of winning.

Come league time he could do more if the Tigers need it. But come Dis & Reg he needs to cut back

A good runner helps his team win a league title at all costs after that all bets are off ;-)

Im pretty sure Hank Leslie of northwest will win it in the SOC for the 3'rd straight year...I look for him to get between 6'2 and 6'4 this year maybe 6'6 we will have to wait and see...but as for out of conference the competition will be much better!

I look for the South Webster Girls team to be strong this year, after coming off a District win last year. They have good athletes in all aspects of track from distance to jumping. They are also getting some good freshman to help add to the team.

I look for the Eastern Eagles to have an excellent year because of their stupendous coaching. The coaching of Jim Craig is superior to all. That a boy JIMMY!!!
