Guys, it's Coal Grove. It will NEVER be on Baums. The Ironton Tribune has scoring results.

The RV boys look like they are really down right now...is there any hope for the future?

They didn't fair to well in the 7th grade or 8th grade meet either. In the bottom 3 at least.

Yes, in short, there is hope.

Aaron Harrison, a junior, was out with an injured foot, and alone would have been good for, conservatively, 20 points. There are some younger boys are developing nicely. They are in a transition year (as far as coaching) and were a mostly first year team this year.

Great track meet! Coal Grove and Fairland battled for boys and River Valley, Coal Grove and South Point in a tight race for girls. Boys 4 x 400 was really exciting! Coal Grove's kids were very determined. Great to see the folks from the Grove show some respect for Phil Davis of Chesapeake with a brief announcement. I wish the league would have done a formal recognition but at least something was mentioned about his retirement. Coach Davis is a great guy and many people at the meet wished him well. Happy fishing Coach Davis. :)

Hmmm weird...ur making fun of how Coal Grove runs a meet/posts results. They must just put too much time into developing in their boy's track program.

several teams will put their schedule up and never post it on baumspages when it has been ran.

Not making fun. Just stating facts, CG doesn't tend to post results, and suggesting that one look elsewhere to actually achieve their stated goal.

These are not the droids you are looking for, move along.

I guess I see what you're trying to say there with the "droid" comment but I'm not so sure you're using it in the correct context. Good luck at Districts coach.
