With four events in the book it is Marietta jumping out real fast with a 18 point lead over second place Logan 41/23, New Philadelphia 19, Tri-Valley 18. In the first four events Marietta had six girls place.

Half way through the meet it looks like Marietta isn't going to slow down any. They came up with 49 more points with seven more girls places, Logan wasn't too bad either with coming up with 31 points to have 54, New Philadelphia 41, Carrollton and Zanesville 31.5. Marietta's 90 points could win some of these meets.

With five events to go it is no stopping Marietta. The Tigers score 47 more points to be at 137. This time they had eight girls place. Logan still stands in second with 85 followed with New Philadelphia 54, Tri Valley and Chillicothe made it into the top five with 41 and 35, Carrollton and Zanesville fell back after not scoring in the last four events.

Marietta could have had one of the best district win of all time scoring 189 point and a 75 point difference over second place Logan who scored 114 points, New Philadelphia scored 27 points in the last five events to finish third with 81 points, Tri-Valley 70, Carrollton 54.5, Hillsboro 53

Marietta and Logan score in all seventeen events, New Philadelphia, Hillsboro and Tri-Valley scored in thirteen
