Every sport has a MVP or in wrestling MVW. to say there were 14 champions is true but as in each sport they vote for an MVP or MVW. I think it should go to the best wrestler in the TVC not just the meet that day. Zach Hook is 34-0 and returning state Qual. never lost a match in tvc in 4 years. Joey Young is defineltey one of the best wrestlers in the TVC also I don't dispute that. I love Joey to death. But to say we should not have one is crazy. Football gives the MVP to the best football player over the season Basketball over the season. Only 3 other wrestler in the TVC has accomplished more than Zach 2009 SQ and they are Thomas Mclguahlin 5th state 2009 , Carl Moody 8th 2009 and Tyler Reed 3rd 2008 and Tyler lost a match and Mclaughlin lost a match. Moody did not wreslte.

don't get me wrong Zach Hook is the best wrestler in the TVC and one of the top wrestler in southeast ohio
