From whay i have read between here and the puddle Logan is the luckiest 6-0 team in Ohio.

Yea, we can forget about a home playoff game. We'd just get embarassed anyway. Not that it matters; we clearly don't have a pedigree for the post-season.

Dazed i am glad to have your company in my new vision. You amy want to visit my thread about all of SEOPS posters making a caravan to witness Ironton win the stae championship in December. Did you know Ironton has won two state championhips? This is exciting

I think I'll actually just head on over to the Miller thread. I'm just an ignorant, uncooth, lowly-educated graduate of that school, you know. Can't match that river education. I can't put two good words together to save my Thesaurus. However, when you start that Ironton Tigers Logan Chapter, I'll sign up for a tee-shirt!

If Logan didnt have Patrick Angle, Zach McDaniels, Michael Snider, Mays, Rutter, Swaim, Sigler, a 3 year starter at center, 4 other guys on the O line who got playing time last year good special teams, and a really solid defense they wouldnt be 6-0 right now. Lets face it 2old, without all of them Logan isnt crap!!! You take them out of the equation and Logan isnt very good! How about you take 200 boys out of Logan, and how about the 200 who DO play sports and THEN field a team and play Ironton and see if Logan doesnt get whomped on. Thats what i thought, wouldnt be squat.

Now don't be too hard on 2old. He is repentant and born again. Cut him and he bleeds Tiger orange! He freely admits Logan is an overrated, under-achieving team, right 2old?

yezzir! what grizz natural said. jj huddle has there odds at a regional championship at 6:4 and a state championship to 6:1. Oh and did i mention logan is ranked 17th in the state and the 1st division 2 team in those rankings? obviously they well educated ohio'ins above I-70 believe there not to shabby! lol

Anything less than a regional championship game is a "disappointing" season for logan. at least in my eyes.
State Championship is def possible, . . . i've talked to almost all of them, and they really believe they can win it. . . . Just a few years ago, we was "hoping" to make the D2 regional final, now they want nothing less than a state championship. Confidence is high, and would love nothing more than for this group to put Logan on the map.
. .
and...in 30 years, we can still talk about it on preps when it has nothing to due with our most recent success . . . . (ironton)

as long as logan sticks to there game and the defense does what they have been doing all year a state championship game is NOT out of the question. Logan is only getting better and for ironton...well i cant say the same for them at this point. They have gone down hill since we played them my senior year in 2006 for the league championship and our playoff berth.

...There should be a rule where you cant talk about games when they still wore leather helmets.. thats just my opinion

Yep..considering the game..and the weather forecast...I don't think that parking is going to be an issue at all.

I know when I was in H.S. at Logan, we could not get Marietta to play us. Then, we had to drive to Columbus, Hillsboro, Washington C.H and other distant places and things got little better when I coached there. We drove all the way up the Ohio River to scrimmage Martins Ferry as scrimmages were'nt available with Marietta either.

The first game I had seen in years by Marietta was that 76-20 Logan win a couple of years ago. I enjoyed competing with Marietta, but they have really fallen on hard times.

well it's good to hear that you guys have your eye on the state title.

thats what is missing from this charter ''member league'' seoal titles are fine to reflect back on but being the home of champions noone forgets.

you guys are on a good run and some teams have nowhere to go but up. enjoy your time.
