I Agree 100%!
Isn't NW the biggest school in the area by enrollement and isn't that what determines your SOC spot?

Here's the OHSAA link to enrollment nubmers

I agree. That's a pretty low blow to those kids that get out there and work hard in this heat.
Probably some little turdhead that has never played and probably doesn't work at anything else either.

Congratulations on your win Mohawks. :-D

Not really sure what determines SOC spot. Oak Hill is in the SOC I but only has 5 or so less boys than 'Burg. The thing with Northwest is that the district is so huge in area. Many of the kids have to help out on farms and hold jobs let alone travel 30 or more minutes to and from practice everyday. Northwest is in a tough spot, they are to large for SOC I and they will only be competitive in the SOC II every so often. If they move to SOC I then people will cry if they start to win more and more games. Oak Hill has faced this with their current group of athletes when before they were a perrenial doormat. Sorry about the diatribe but congrats young men on the W and go get another next week.

this was probably one of the worse officiated games i ever seen in my life it shouldnt even been close northwest had 100 yards less then east but if u add the penalitys thats an extra 140 yards them officials should go back to that 2 hour class this was freakin terrible  but i guarantee if they played again wouldnt even be close but who knows east has to move on an hope them officials do not come back there way
