Favorites: (In no particular order)
1. Nelsonville-York
2. Zanesville
3. Oak Hill
4. Cincinnati Summit Country Day
5. Good Ol' Spartan Stadium (ND)- the stadium's in bad shape, but the field has more than enough history to make up for it.
6. Tartan Turf (East)- feels like the fans are on top of you- really intense.

Least:
1. Symmes Valley
2. Green- Side note: Once before a game, one of Green's freshman was going around picking up dog poop off the field...
3. Racine Southern
4. South Gallia
5. Wheelersburg
6. Manchester- Pretty sure the sewer backs up onto the field when it rains...

Favorite - Oh, that one is easy. OK, I'm a homer. Monroe Memorial Park in Woodsfield. What a great place to watch a game, period. Plenty of restrooms, plenty of parking, concessions galore. Easy to get in and out of after the game. Plus all of the hoopla! Doesn't get much better than this!

Worst - Miller and/or Waterford. Miller, field is a wreck, middle of nowhere, it is a mud bog late in the year. Waterford, great eats, but the field is still awful. Mud in the middle of the field by week 6, really tall grass on the outskirts by the sidelines. Sorry, a combover doesn't work for a football field. Getting better, but still needs work.

Gallia's home field. Memorial Field. Not much room to park in the swamp. One of these days, we'll be in our new field in Centenary...Hope I live to see it.

Enjoy going to Glouster, it is so bad it is great.

I think Waterford is the worst place to watch a football game, seems to me you are looking up at the field from the visitors section.

Fav

1 Upper Arlington- great food and tradition
2 Ironton - tradition and atmosphere
3 Grove City- what an environment

Least

1 Fairland- loved coach Mayo, but it does not represent him. Visitor bleachers are unsafe.
2 Chesapeake- field Is a train wreck, spend some money on something other than basketball
3 River Valley- needs some love

Favorites
Jackson - probably the best facility in southern Ohio
Valley - great stadium and parking
Minford - after the renovations a couple years ago it is much improved
Oak Hill

Least
West - football fields should not have tracks around them. No atmosphere because you are too far from the field
Fairland - visitor bleachers are unsafe
Waverly - really needs a makeover all around
Ironton

Ashland, ky love to see their faces after they lose, plus their radio people always say we cheat even when its 42-0

Least
Wheelersburg- after you climb mt everest, you get to hear the sounds of rocks in jugs and even tough your on your teams side you get to sit by a wheelersburg fan screaming in your ear
ANY PLAYOFF AWAY GAME- LOCAL TEAMS GET NO CALLS ALL OF US Ironton, Wheelersburg, Porstmouth, Oak Hill, etc, we go up North and get treated like the Hoosiers.

Best-
Wheelersburg-all the tradition and because I'm a fan
Valley-Very nice complex. Plenty of parking and seating. Best popcorn around also.
Jackson-Same as with Valley. Plenty of parking and seating
Portsmouth-field is nice but the visitors section is to small as far as the rows of seats being so close to each other. I'm short and I sat with my knees in the back of the person in front of me.
Nelsonville York-Very nice stadium and field. Made for a nice football atmosphere. The only bad thing about it is when they would fire up the grill, the smoke would sometimes cover the field.

Worst-
Ironton-If you are not there at 5:30, you have to park 10 blocks away on a side street. Also, if you don't get there early enough and get a seat up high on the visitors section, you have to sit down low where everyone walking through is walking in front of you. Oh, also, you have to sit next to an Ironton fan screaming in your ear all night if you happen to have to sit on the end.
Lancaster-Fans are to far away from the field
Spartan-Same as with Lancaster. Might have all of the tradition but it is to big and plus the last time I was there, the visitors section was closed off because they were falling in.
