Advice- Games to watch 2012.

This will be the first season that I am not affiliated with a high school football team in fourteen years. I am very excited to check out different high school rivalries, atmospheres and the chance to see all the great talent in Southeastern, Ohio.

I am curious to what you guys think will be the best games to watch in 2012? Maybe give me the game your team is most excited about this season and why? (doesn't always have to be the best two teams, I want to experiance all Southern Ohio Football has to offer)

Jackson/Wellston week 1 is always a great atmosphere..as well as Athens/Nelsonville-York week 10.

Wheelersburg-Ironton week one is good. Trimble-Wahama week 2. Both teams hate each other. Logan-Jackson would be a good one. NY-Athens week 10 would be an awesome game. I would try to catch Lucasville Valley, Coal Grove, and Portsmouth West once.

you have to catch burg at lucasville valley. crazy crowd. valley has one of the nicest fields around.

These are great ideas! Is the Jackson- Wellston game a Friday or Saturday this year?
What week does Valley play Burg? Jackson and Logan? Marietta and Warren? and Ironton vs Ashland and Portsmouth?

Since some of Jackson's games have been mentioned, here is the info for those, and some other games I'm pretty excited for this season. Obviously every week is important, but I'm REALLY looking forward to these games.

Week 1 - Jackson at Wellston - Saturday at 8:00PM
Week 3 - Granville at Jackson - Saturday at 7:30PM
Week 5 - Jackson at Wheelersburg - Friday at 7:30PM
Week 7 - Logan at Jackson - Friday at 7:30PM
Week 10 - Jackson at Gallia Academy - Friday at 7:30PM

OHSAA has that listed Aug 25. That is Saturday. Not sure if thats correct
