If it's truly "for the kids" then they'd be playing 50 Cent instead of having a talk show. I HIGHLY doubt that the primary demographic of the listeners on Friday nights is high school students (or younger). There may be a few who tune in, but I guarantee the majority of students are plugging in their iPods when they get into their cars after the game. I would be more inclined to think that any radio show is mostly about it's listeners (and it's sponsors). If you don't have those then you don't have much of a show.
