Wheelersburg has beaten both of these teams, but would we get more computer points from DIII Jackson winning than we would from DIV Portsmouth winning?
You would want Jackson to win!
I thought that was the case, but I am not that good with all of the calculations and how that works.

Thanks!

We're hoping and wishing for the best this game. However, most of our 'smack talk' and voices are being taken to the BOE and school administrators to get rid of our sad head coach Clifford. It is absolute chaos right now, parents have already called other schools to see about moving their kids there if he is not gone after the season. Clifford has torn the football program apart.

Don't know much about this Clifford fellow, but I take it his chances of winning "Coach of the Year" is out of the question for the Trojans.

Actually, you would want Portsmouth to win. They would get 5.0 1st level points for beating D3 Jackson, while Jackson would only get 4.5 1st level points for beating D4 Portsmouth. Burg would get 0.5 more 2nd level points if Portsmouth wins this game.

Congratulations Jackson. Good defense by Portsmouth the second half of the game.

The Ironmen came out on top tonight, 35-7 after jumping out to a 28-0 lead at the half. Once again, Jackson played well offensively, rushing for over 300 yards. Rafferty had about 120 yards and a long TD run, Landrum had just over 100 yards and 4 TDs, and Griffiths added 60+ on the ground as well. Kearns was very efficient as a passer tonight, going 8-11 for over 80 yards. The offensive line played very well once again.

Great improvement out of the defense. Portsmouth has a lot of speed, but Jackson tackled well in space. They pressured the Portsmouth QB, played well against the run, and had outstanding coverage in the secondary as well. The "back to basics" approach that Coach Hall and his staff have implemented the last couple weeks seems to be paying off now.

The Ironmen took step #3 toward another SEOAL title tonight...now it's time to take step #4. Chillicothe will visit Alumni Stadium on Senior Night next week.

Not sure what to think about tthis game? A wins a win but jackson won the first quarter 7-0 won second 21-0 lost third 0-7 won fourth 7-0 second half emd in tie with a very bad portsmouth team. One good thing was logan handled chilicothe we also may have lost a starter with possible acl injury
