Week 10: Fort Frye(7-2)Pvc Champs @ Rosecrans (7-2)
This game will be played on sat night. Will most likely know by game time what this game will mean for both schools playoff chances.Rosecran star RB Luke Lloyd out with broken ankle. Rosecrans is coming off a 6-3 loss to RiverView(3-6).Rosecrans seems to be having a hard time scoring points. They defense has steped up last 2 weeks only allowing 6 points in 2 weeks.Fort Frye lead by the 3 headed monster and a great offense.Chandler Lang JR Qb comes into week 10 with 27 Tds 14passing and 13 rushings. His older brother Spencer comes in with 14(5 Rec and 9 Rushing tds).Fort Fryes leading rusher is actually fullback Max Alsbach 8 tds.Fort Frye also has a couple nice Wrs Srs Tyser Schilling and Justin Massey. Fort Frye is 1-2 in the series vs Bishops.

Little premature to crown your team the champs, isn't it? You assuming that MC and River both lose week 10? Seems to me that your team could very well share the crown with 2 other teams, now doesn't it? You could easily end up co or tri-champs. That being said, congrats to the Cadets on the best season that they've have in an extremely long time.

Fort Frye is the Champs (5-1) most likely will share it but they are Champs.

How would you consider them the champs when River destroyed them????????EasternDspy wrote:Fort Frye is the Champs (5-1) most likely will share it but they are Champs.

This is another example of why you have no friends on this site, or that other place that you got kicked off of, like what, six times or so? You are fortunate that the moderators on here are so forgiving.EasternDspy wrote:Fort Frye is the Champs (5-1) most likely will share it but they are Champs.
Your heading for this thread, and your subsequent response? Complete lack of class.

This has been discussed many times there is no tiebreaker rule just league standings and since FF has the best record possible then they are league champs it was all over the radio ease up fellas.RiverPilot33 how do you figure there not they destroyed Monroe and Monroe destoryed River. It will be a 3 way tie most likely.

Steely Dan this was by no means me trying to brag I was just trying to explain that FF already celebrated the championship and it was in the paper.Ease up that's why I hate writing in text form you have no idea how someone is meaning something by text.EasternDspy wrote:Fort Frye is the Champs (5-1) most likely will share it but they are Champs.

Oh gee whiz fellas, why hate on EDspy for speaking simple truth? Fort Frye has already clinched a PVC Championship. If River and Monroe Central want to be PVC Champions, the can be PVC Champions, too. If you win next week, let's all take our PVC trophies to the Dairy Queen. We'll eat ice cream and sing "We Are the Champions" together.

Fort Frye at 10th in playoff standings yet still really alive in playoff hunt.

Yeah Spy, should have titled the thread, 'Fort Frye(7-2)PVC Champs or Co-Champs or Three-way-champs we will find out after next week @ Rosecrans (7-2)'
That way the two Butt hurt River and MC fans that talked about how bad FF was all year will be happy.

I find it highly ironic that Rivers playoff hopes may be riding on this game by Sat. night. Ya I will say it GO CADETS!!!!!!! If they get us in I will buy the ice cream.efarns wrote:Oh gee whiz fellas, why hate on EDspy for speaking simple truth? Fort Frye has already clinched a PVC Championship. River needs to root for Southern and/or Grove City Christian more than anyone.
But, Rosecrans still has their troubled RB in the backfield, so they should still be OK. Not going to be able to challenge NC now, though.

Lloyd is out for the remainer and Lanning hasnt performed real well without him. Rosecrans has only scored 13 points in the last 2 games. Thier D is still playing well though. FF can pull this off with a good game.

With a FF and B-port win it should be enough to jump eastern.(but will probably need both). Assuming Newcomerstown and Trail lose.riverpilot33 wrote:I find it highly ironic that Rivers playoff hopes may be riding on this game by Sat. night. Ya I will say it GO CADETS!!!!!!! Re: Week 10: Fort Frye(7-2)Pvc Champs @ Rosecrans (7-2)
Definately do NOT need both. River would pass Eastern just by Manchester beating S.Gallia. Only need about 3 tenths of a point & each second level win is worth more than that. Eastern & River are both guaranteed one this week with teams they beat playing each other. Eastern would get 3 more from a win this week but River would get 4, so if both teams win & so does Manchester, River will pass. Dont know anything about either of these teams but looks like S.Gallia would be favored.
