Schob is the man. Now leave your opinions on him and the hire go and be nothing but 100% supportive. That is what the program needs. He has assembled a good staff. If left alone and given time, they will be successful. But this is at least a 4-6 year process. Give him the time and leave him alone. Moms and dads, just be parents and enjoy your time with a child in the program. It will be over fast.

Marietta will never improve unless moms and dads and uncles and aunts and former players from the "glory years" stop talking about what is wrong, it will never change.

I coached at Marietta from 1994-2009, we won some and lost some in my time there. The more involved the parents were, the harder it was to be successful.

The culture of the program needs to change. Let the change happen!!!!

Easy with the sensitivity. The reference to finding a coach in this case was pertaining to Warren's situation, not Marietta's.
