Who is the best football team in Athens County 2013? and WHY

I would have to go with the Trimble Tomcats.

Because:

deep playoff run
Superior line play
Superior defense

I know Athens has superior skilled players but it takes more than that.

Better question.....what other county showed the support to their players and teams as compared to how Athens County did this year?

I am not from the area, but was very impressed at the esprit de corps and loyalty this county displayed to each other throughout the playoffs. I agree, no need to speculate or play the hypothetical game in attempts to splinter what has been established and hopefully they can continue to build off the success of each other.
