2 things come to mind here.

1. They must finish all opportunities to score. Coming out after halftime against beachwood & not scoring a point in the redzone is just deflating.
In all 3-games this has happened after long sustained drives by the opponent & we've held them, then the same guys have to stay in to lead the O-Line.
We get to the 4 th qrtr & their gassed. Just a little more push & it would be 3-0.

2. The kicking team. Kickoffs, punting, or xtra points, we all know it is all over the place. We can't hand blazer the ball in our own territory, or even their own 40.

A little attitude, a little luck, a little safe game play, & we'll give them a good one.

GET FIRED UP TIGERS!
GOTIGERSGO!

I hope Palladino is remedied. He was SE. back of the year, in 2014 if I remember correctly. No -1 is spilling the "T" for a reason... Otherwise we'd know something more concrete. I hope he's not terribly hurt for one & also to the point he can't continue sports, if that was his plan.

Hate to hear Dino could be lost for the year. That would sum up the season though, this far.

Ironton even without him could probably win the OVC. Give the ball to Desmond Young, block up front. Shouldn't be too hard.

Where did you hear that at? I hope it's not true, I'd like to see Chase Hankins back too. I haven't seen Chase Hankins play yet this year, anyone know what's up with him?

the talent and the coaching is in question. I still think we can get this ship righted. maybe not meet the expectations we had coming in. but still have a successful year. if it don't happen Friday. the chances of a playoff are purty much out the window. all they can concentrate on is one at a time.

and that's the way it should be every week.

Heard & agreed.

Ashland 14
Ironton 0

at the half

Ironton has absolutely zero offense, just anemic. I don't know what they do in practice, but listening to the games they don't seem to be getting better at all. 3 turnovers again this game, and multiple 3 and outs. Ironton will be lucky to win 2 games this year playing like this.

only 42 total yards for Ironton in the 1st half.

WOW Ironton just can't block no fire in this team I am worried.
A win tonight could inspire this team greatly a Loss may just destroy them.

Ashland 27
Ironton 0

Ironton had a nice long drive of almost 10 minutes to open the 3rd quarter, but came up short inside the 10 and turned the ball over on downs. Ashland had a 85 yard and a 51 yard TD runs by Baker, he has over 260 yards and 4 TDs.

another rush TD for Ashland, 55 yards.

Ashland 34
Ironton 0

tigers have no offense cause they have no coaching!!!!

50 plays 45 pee wee ball formations same plays over and over LOL

to sum this up clearly with a couple FACTS

1. number 22 was showing signs of pain the entire game but was allowed to continue

2. when the game was over 34-0 the 1st string was allowed to continue playing

love the play calling
4th and 10 screen LOL
3rd and 10 run up the gut LOL
4 downs at the 10 yd line and run 4 plays LOL

I mean seriously ironton who are you sending up top for you to watch the games ????????????
