No they would not.
East has one player that can run with the speed that Portsmouth has (Which is no where near what it used to be). Portsmouth, while not quite a good football team, is much improved from the crap fest they were under the old staff. The Trojans are 1-2 TD's better than East.

Since you all can be so confident East wouldn't win, I can be confident in the fact they'd beat Portsmouth. The Trojans are still a dumpster fire, have been since 2007.
