With all the talk I was honestly expecting more from the Zeps. Don't get me wrong, they will be good but their second possession was against mostly our back-ups and if the clock operator was awake they would have never scored at the end of the quarter. I'm not saying we are any good, in fact, we looked absolutely terrible, I was just expecting a little more. I didn't watch them play BT so can't comment on that.

Reading this thread, I haven't seen a single Shenandoah fan/poster say something or type anything

I don't why anyone would be so high on Wells' coaching ability at Shenandoah. Should've never lost to Monroe Central last year and I thought he underperformed his first two years at Doah. He didn't do well at Meadowbrook either.

You forgot about that Fort Frye game @ Shenandoah last year. All Zeps did was talk smack all year when push come to shove Fort ran it for 300 yards that night.

Exactly. I think that someone else in the league could trip them up, such as Caldwell or MC again. I've never been sold on Wells. He had a slew of talent last year and has some good skill players this year. I think if they go 6-4 or 7-3 would be great for them. I don't see them competing with the Cadets. I also see them struggling with at Cameron and potentially Morgan.

Morgan has a good interior D and some speedy WRs but other then that they’re a few years away. Suspect QB and DBs.

Also I think they’ll lose to Marietta

I'm not sure about state championship, but when I saw Jesse coaching this past week he looked like a man on a mission. He was even in the huddle at the end calling both the offense and defense for the jv kids. Impressive!

We shall see week #2 against a good Bellaire team.

That’s by far the toughest non league schedule in PVC

Don’t know other teams non conference.

Saw Barnesville tonight play jamboree versus Buckeye Local. 7-0 Rocks but should have been 7-7 (suspect penalty on BL). Zeps take Rocks easily I say.
