I can’t figure out Rock Hill. It seems like they have more talent than they usually have out there, but they can’t seem to get it together. Portsmouth will win this one.

They miss the Barnette kid especially on defense!! He was all over the field at LB?

This game last season was a fun one. Portsmouth came away with the win at Rock Hill. Rock Hill will need to stop Parker and make the Trojans throw the ball. That being said, I watched Rock Hill play Minford and they couldn’t really stop the Minford RB (kid is really tough) so I don’t think they’ll really be able to stop Parker (that is if the line blocks well for him). Portsmouth will need to play tough aggressive defense to stop the Rock Hill run game. I feel good about this one, but you never know.

Good luck to both teams from Raider Country!

Saw Portsmouth last week and saw Rock Hill in Jamboree game. I give edge to Parker and Portsmouth.

Portsmouth 28
Rock Hill 14

Trojans win this game and I see 3 tough ones left. The hardest is over with west. Portsmouth can beat coal grove, and almost beat gallia last year. Ironton is going to be really tough and playing them week 10 they have the whole year to gel as a team. Fairland is very winnable but I worry about the pass defense. Our region is hard. A lot of Cincinnati schools in there. 7-3 might not get us in. It will have to be 8-2. Not saying we will but just my opinions. Parker is not the only good back we have. The McCoy kid. I think that’s him. he’s a very powerful runner. And the wr #2 is open a lot if we pass. #9 has hands too. We have options just have to use them more.

If rock hill can throw the ball other than on 3rd and long I think they will hold there own but they can’t just run the ball and exit to win there offense is old school

Rock Hill switched from Full house to Wing T on that drive and caught PHS off guard. PHS will need to adjust. Hadn't allowed Rock Hill any momentum before that.

Couldn't hear very well but I think I heard Parker with 11 carries for 192 yards.
