Always good to see these 2 mix it up....great that this matchup became a series, great for both communities and the area! Parker will get his yards, Valley just needs to fly to the football and try to limit what he gets.

Valley 34
Portsmouth 28

If Valley can keep Parker between the tackles, they can win.

If not Parker will run wild.

That’s easier said then done. He doesn’t like staying there...

I too like this series to open the season. I'm hoping for an Indian victory, but wont come easy. Contain Parker best you can, take care of the ball, no dumb penalties, play hard, and we have a chance. Good luck to both teams.

Always fun to open the season on a Thursday night against Valley. Portsmouth will score imo, but the key will be defense. Have to defend the pass, also have to watch the QB, just as dangerous with his legs as his arm. Should be a good game, the temperature says 80 as of now, great football weather!

It’s all eyes on if they can Stop Parker, if not Portsmouth wins, if they do then valley will pull it out.

My thoughts:

Portsmouth 28 Valley 21

Forecast is as good as it gets. Thursday night game to kick off the season and great weather....bet we see fans from all over southern Ohio for this one.

My prediction- Whoever wins...it will be by less than 10.
Hope the Drone is flying tonight. Hopefully the bees have been dealt with. Don't want fans stung. This should be a good one.

Every stadium I have been to so far has been infested with bees
