Just for argument, will the 5 year future see football no longer being the driver for conference affiliation? Participation is down not only in Ohio but nationwide. Parents are increasingly saying no to football due to CTEs. Society is starting to view masculinity as toxic. Throw in ever tighter budgets for school districts and you have a potential for football being deemphasised or dropped. We can beat our chests and say it will never happen, but the happening has started.

I’ve always heard that discussions have happened on this one, but could never be agreed on
The Big SouthEast
BSE1
Notre dame, green, eastern pike, western pike, Symmes valley and south Gallia
BSE2
Valley, fairland, Chesapeake, southpoint, northwest, oak hill, coal grove
BSE3
Burg, waverly, West, minford, Jackson, Ironton, Gallia academy

IMHO this could be maybe as good as the MAC with coldwater

TFL The Football League
Jackson D-3
Ironton D-5
Gallia Academy D-4
Portsmouth D-5
Waverly D-4
Wheelersburg D-5
Athens D-3
Portsmouth West D-5

Rules for entire league Non League schedule must include one out of state team and two of your three non league games must be against school one division larger than yours.

Every year you would see 4 teams in playoffs
