No talk about this game, both teams with the potential to play some pretty good football at times. I'm sure neither team has had the kind of season that they were hoping for. With two games left this season, you would hope to finish on a high note to carry over into next season.

Motivation and injuries are two big issues in this game.

Unioto was expecting to compete for the SVC and playoffs and now is facing two opponents it has dominated over the last five years. Do they come out and want to prove a point and try to roll up some numbers or do they just roll the helmets out and go through the motions?

For Westfall, it has been more competitive this season but hasn't got over the top against anyone decent and last week's loss to Piketon was disappointing. If Westfall can win this game, it'd be its best win in several seasons.

Unioto last week lost a game against Southeastern that was huge. Unioto played SE close and turnovers late and questionable officiating changed the game for the Tanks. Win the last 2 weeks and the Tanks finish a disappointing 6-4 but a winning season.

Westfall losing last week to Piketon hurt. Definitely know Westfall is moving in the right direction with Smith as HC win the last 2 and have a chance to finish on a high note for Westfall.

Unioto 28
Westfall 24

Yeah with everyone that Unioto was returning I don't believe there was anyone thinking at the beginning of the season this would turn out to be a 6-4 team. Hate that for the kids but it happens, ball doesn't bounce your way, call doesn't go your way either way this is a tough pill for Unioto faithful to swallow. They'll put it on Westfall as I think they'll want to finish strong.

I agree with you there. Unioto has the huge Oline and Little and Carrol running the rock behind them should be tough for Westfall to stop.
Tanks have to play disciplined and they can win this game big
