Plus Ridegwood may decide to stay on the ground more this week if Tingle really is out, keeping Irontons O off the field more
IMO the Ironton offense is better than Burgs and with little offense from Wood with Tingle out last week their defense was gassed by the 4th qtr. and barely hung on. If Tingle is healthy they can keep it close but without him no way. (W/O him: Ironton 31-14, With him healthy and their ball control style, Ironton 21-14)
I just cant see the scores being that high with these defenses, I dont think Ridgewood even scores twice without Tingle. Possible by all means just not likely IMO. That being said if Tingle is healthy I could see this game being 21-14 either way, with Ironton having better odds by a tad

Sounds to me that someone may know something on the inside. Possible Covid?

What a horrible thought to even entertain and give any possible energy.

It has maneuvered & snuck its way into the world & shut down nearly everything in it’s path, as it was meticulously meant fo do.

Why EVEN give it mention in high school FB where the kids and communities involved have managed to be as successful as possible in defeating its purpose and making a stand against it, & Being a shining example that NO FEAR & moving forward defeats it’s intended purposes!

The squads still fighting to play deserve props and a lot more thank you’s for being strong & smart these past 240+ days, setting an example that we must fight and move on to be a part of the winning solution to defeating it.

That wasn’t tongue in cheek. That was a serious comment. It can literally happen to any team. I don’t agree with the way they quarantine everyone anyway, but it can affect a team. Ask Chillicothe. If he’s suggesting that ironton would win big that could be a factor.

What are we being shocked about ironton covid? Ridgewood covid? Seems the game is still being played or tingle hurt or not? I guess we will see who dresses and plays at 7. Good luck ironton from this Portsmouth fan.

Too bad Ridgewood won't experience The Tank rockin' at overflow capacity tonight. But we are lucky this game is being played at all. Good luck Fighting Tigers for an injury free game, bring home another Regional Championship!!!

Practice like he is playing. Without him they’re done! I watch with and without different team. Also without him their defense wears down, not used to being on that side of the ball 4 quarters. Just my opinion from outside both programs.

Try to contain your excitement...talking about high school kids, pretty important to kids at that age, and obviously many adults on this forum. Try having just a little respect?
Keep taking shots on Ridgewood. They should be proud of where they are and at the opportunity they have earned. Good luck to both teams.

Pretty sure 14U is a Burg fan, true Ironton fans know whether Tingle plays or not it's going to be a tough game.

I sure hope the Tigers are prepared to play Ridgewood with Tingle because he will be playing. Of course he won’t be able to run the ball, but Ridgewood will be slinging the heck out of the football tonight! Hope that secondary is ready, better get some pressure on him. Go Tigers!

I suspect Ironton will ground and pound to control the clock and keep the Woods offense off the field. Burg did have its moments of running well on the Woods D. Carrico is a beast. Good luck to both teams and no injuries. With respect to Ridgewood's seniors, you guys have had a great run. You should be proud of what you have accomplished to this point. You control your own destiny. Same goes for Itown. What a great last 2 years. You have been fun to watch and Southern Ohio is proud of you. I make no prediction as anything is possible when the lights come on and the pads start poppin'. You get this far, you have beat some good teams.
