Wade Futhey with over 600 yards passing in two games spreading the ball around to 5 very good receivers.
Hurd with 150 yards rushing and 2 TD’s tonight adding to the passing attack.

Tiger defense stepped up big in the 2nd half shutting out the Johnnies while the offense exploded for 28 unanswered points.
Johnstown is not very good this year they are either very young or just down this year they got blowed out their first game also
Yeah they aren’t as good as they typically are. But I would bet they would compete/beat 75% of our area teams.

This could get ugly fast! Unioto is having a hard time putting up points. Can’t give my Svc loyalty here. Waverly big

Unioto is a team that should not cause many problems for Waverly, but they do have a lot of athletes on the field so if they get overlooked they are a team that can make you pay for it. Heard Unioto had a lineman out last week that played in week 1, don’t know if he is back or not. Also heard Waverly may have a couple guys banged up this week that may be questionable to play tomorrow night. But even if they don’t I would say Waverly still gets the win.

LH is likely to go 1-6 heading into week 8 vs Zanesville.

JM has three layups on their schedule (Lakewood, Northridge and Utica.) They will likely be below .500 on the season.

Your point?
They would still beat many teams around here.

I’m a big SVC fan but Waverly is just better than Unioto. I hope Unioto can elevate their game and make this a good game but turnovers could make this game ugly. Let’s hope for a good game!

Great great football weather. Waverly is used to the heat which played into their favor the first two games, enabling them to wear down their opponent. I think they can still wear the Shermans down being early in the season.
