At least 4 lineman returned, not sure if all 5 did or not. I feel like some of them had some injuries at different times last year, so not sure how much they all played together. I do know that they have worked extremely hard this off season and don't look anything like they did last year. They are bigger, faster, stronger this year. If Valley can win the LOS, they will be ok. Problem is all the lineman go both ways, so they will have to sub wisely and hope their conditioning pays off.BuckeyeBlood wrote: ↑Thu Aug 18, 2022 12:31 am Just curious, did Valley have the same 5 kids on their O line last year?
As for the livestream, i have not seen anything. If i do, ill post a link here.

I’m very impressed with the size of their OL, some big kids. Both tackles are like 6’5 and 6’8 250+.

Only 3 of linemen started last year, one was at TE. By what I saw last Friday, I think only Stewart the LT started in the position he played last year. Some of the videos I have seen on twitter has the line looking pretty strong and in shape, so we'll see. Valley does have a lot of the same kids back but they looked to be in different positions with the new offense.

As most have said this will likely be determined at the line. Both teams have a lot of speed and skill players both old and new so it should be an entertaining contest.

Valley running a no huddle and looking very disciplined on both sides of the ball.

End of one. Valley 14 Portsmouth 7. Casual observation, but Valley has been the more physical bunch so far. Backs running through tackles and have saw a few d lineman on their backs several yards down field for the Trojans.
