Probably like about 95% of the SEO teams. Doesn't seem like that many teams get a lot of transfers. The ones that do is because kids want to transfer and not forced to do so.

Agree, especially in SEO. It's not nearly as widespread as a lot of people make it out to be.

Agree, especially in SEO. It's not nearly as widespread as a lot of people make it out to be.

Most these local teams can’t even compete with teams in their conference that doesn’t have any transfers. They complain about transfers though. The transfers isn’t their problem apparently!

Meigs would have a pretty good team considering if this was the case Reedsville Eastern and Southern would have to join the meigs roster considering they are both Meigs Local School District teams.

there are years that Green would look a lot different. I'm not hating on the families or anything like that at all because at the end of the day people want what's best for their kids. But for the sake of the topic there have been a lot of Franklin Furnace kids go up or down river in the past. With New schools and facilities hopefully that slows that down.

Nearly anywhere you look...attrition is the reason that teams an programs and even players don't reach their potential. But attrition is just a symptom of the problem, which is butt hurt mommy's an daddy's.. they can't stand they litte johnny ain't the man.. it's not enough to be a piece on a great team that could do amazing things... jealousy and entitlement is what they teach after practice... "..so an so coach don't know sh#t...." "...why didn't they give you the ball...." "...you woulda made that catch/basket/goal...." and that's what the good teams sound like..! Lol. Instead of keeping a good group together an teaching loyalty an hard work an a no excuses mentality, they show em how not to be winners..and it happens early..complaints about playing time
..play calling.. somebody's intensity...whatever... jus let coaches coach. All the negativity does is take a good group..an splinter it from the inside.. Johnny goes here, Jimbob goes there... and then none of em win. Everybody is jus ok.... instead of growing together..pushing each pther..telling kids to respect their coaches an listen... the kids ain't changed...the parents have changed...
